The method

A method,
not a menu.

We don’t give you a menu to follow. We give you a method to transform—and a system to sustain it.

What holds every plan together.

Pillar 01

Personalised, Not Prescribed

Your diet is designed around the client’s body, lifestyle, routine, preferences and goals.

Personalised, Not Prescribed
Pillar 02

Root Cause, Not Just Weight Loss

Focus on understanding the reason behind weight gain—lifestyle, eating patterns, hormones, deficiencies and health concerns.

Pillar 03

Real Food, Real Life

Practical diets using normal Indian/home food, eating out, travel and social occasions—so clients can actually sustain them.

Pillar 04

Guidance, Not Just a Diet Chart

Continuous monitoring, progress analysis, modifications and professional counselling throughout the journey.

Protein, before anything else

The single highest-yield change in the whole method. A carbohydrate-only breakfast — poha, upma, bread alone — sets a glucose swing that runs all day and ends in a craving at five. Eggs, curd, paneer, moong chilla: something with 20 grams in it, within an hour of waking.

Questions

How the method works in practice.

No. They are portioned, paired and sequenced rather than removed. Deleting staples is what makes plans fail by week three, and it is not necessary to get a flat glucose curve.

You should not be. If you are, the plan is wrong and we change it. Hunger is not the mechanism this practice uses.

No. The plan is built around what your household already eats, with portions and sequencing adjusted for you.

Every fortnight. Weight, measurements, energy, cycle and how much of it you actually managed — and then the plan changes, not the target. If something is not being followed it is usually the plan that is wrong for your week.

There is a maintenance phase. Calories are brought back up deliberately and in stages, which is the step almost every crash diet leaves out entirely.
