The journey
Dr. Neha trained in clinical nutrition expecting to spend her career on medical nutrition therapy in hospitals. What redirected her was an outpatient clinic, and the number of women arriving at it who had already tried starving.
They had the same account almost word for word: a diet that worked brilliantly for six weeks, a body that took the weight back with interest, and a slowly hardening belief that the failure was a personal one. The plans had never been survivable. Nobody had told them that.
Know Health was built on the opposite premise — that weight is usually a symptom rather than the disease, that a blood report tells you more than a weighing scale ever will, and that the only plan worth writing is one you could still be following in two years.

The practice
Every woman arriving at the clinic told the same story — a diet that worked for six weeks, a body that took the weight back with interest, and a belief that the failure was hers. It was not.
Everything written here sits on clinical training, and on the standards of the bodies that granted it.
